Some areas (such as remote islands) may not be covered. The checkout page will automatically prompt.

 

2. Delivery Methods and Timeframes

Delivery Method: FEDEX

Delivery time (working days): 3 - 7 days

 

Note:

The validity period starts from the date of shipment of the order and does not include the processing time (usually 1-3 working days).

Delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, etc. We are not responsible for such situations.

 

3. Order processing time

Orders placed before 3 p.m. on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the next day.

 

4. Logistics Tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number. You can log in to your account to check the "Order Status".

 

5. Tariffs and Import Taxes

International orders: The buyer may be required to pay customs duties, and the charges will be determined by the customs at the destination. MZK is not responsible for any related taxes and fees.

Suggestion: Check the tax rate on the local customs website before placing an order.

 

6. Handling of Delivery Issues

Lost/damaged package: Please contact us within 7 days and provide proof (such as logistics screenshots, photos), and we will assist with a claim or reissue.

 

If the package is returned due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer needs to cover the postage for re-delivery.
